The glitterati of Manchester were out in force at the launch of Store Street Exchange and Store Street Craft Bar on Thursday 12th October.
Situated on the ground floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Manchester Piccadilly, the restaurant and bar has undergone an extraordinary transformation, unveiling an exciting and unconventional, stand-alone, day to night, social den of fine food and drink.
The focus of the restaurant is on outstanding, uncomplicated food - simple dishes created using the finest ingredients. The menu centres around the rotisserie and grill, from which the best regionally sourced chicken and steaks are served. The bar is a social hub where guests can enjoy a cracking range of local, craft beers, cocktails and wine.
The lavish launch party was a celebration of all that Store Street has to offer Manchester, and guests enjoyed a taste of the steaks (coming from award-winning butchers Aubrey Allen) whilst Goosnargh chicken was served straight from the rotisseries. Party goers were also treated to Prosecco, fantastic wines, signature cocktails and of course craft beers.
Guests from the BBC Breakfast team were in attendance including the multi-talented presenter Naga Munchetty, as well as revellers from the world of music, media, property, art and culture.
Guests were entertained with fantastic live music from the exceptionally talented local band, The Flat 5s, followed by a spectacular DJ set from the glamorous Manchester native, and sensational party DJ, Anna Greenwood, who caused quite a stir with her high energy disco dancing set (complete with spangly dress and lots of sequins!)
Store Street Exchange and Store Street Craft bar are now open!
